Brand Photography Agreement
Photographer: Kevin Medina
Client: Mimosas at the Beach / Justin Arias
Session Date: 6/3/25
Location: Beachfront location (3-hour session)
Scope of Work:
Kevin Medina Photography will provide a 3-hour brand photoshoot at a beach location. Client will receive up to 50 professionally edited high-resolution digital images delivered via online gallery within 5–7 business days. Travel is included.
Payment:
Total fee: $350 (if paid via Zelle)
Payment is due before or on the session date. Payment can be made via:
Zelle: $350 to arangokevin9426@gmail.com
Credit/debit via invoice: $360 (includes card processing fee)
Usage Rights:
Client may use images for social media, website, and promotional use. No resale or licensing to third parties is allowed without written permission.
Rescheduling / Cancellations:
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a fee. Rescheduling due to weather or emergencies will be accommodated when possible.
Model Release:
Client grants Kevin Medina Photography the right to use final images for portfolio and promotional use unless otherwise requested in writing.
